I'm currently pan-frying in butter some Lidl sausages, pork, apple and beetroot. They smell rather nice!
And a better, sweeter crab you'll not taste the length and breadth of the planet. It's the chalk reef, just offshore. Ideal for them (and lobsters)
I love crab meat and have to agree there are none finer than Cromer crabs. When I was younger I was allergic to crab meat but I have fortunately out-grown the allergy.
Crab meat, mixed with seasoning, onion, chilli and cheese, and cooked is nice. Raw crab meat I find too strong a taste.
