Looking at ticket sales for the Preston (h) game it's almost certain that if we beat Bolton in our first match, then our new players will experience their first home league match in front of a sold out Elland Road. Now obviously using the term " if " will provoke more of the usual boring and quite frankly tedious in their monotony criticisms of our great club. Or maybe they will buy a ticket and enjoy what will be brilliant day. So, excusing those who live too far away to attend...who is with us and who is against us ?
I take chesh seriously cos, unlike you he talks sense........common sense really. When you effing off to Spain?.....
We were still one short when we had Bartley, going into the new season with just Cooper as back up (so far) isn't great, just a concern that's all. I'm more than happy with everything so far, I just feel expectations might be a little high and I'm half expecting a shaky start
I think you're right on both counts. It would be unreasonable to expect the new team to have gelled perfectly by Sunday. It'll take time. I think that's why TC has kept the core of last season's team, and will slowly introduce our new signings to minimise the impact.
Rumour, or factual?..........you debate. http://futnsoccer.com/2017/08/01/le...am-over-the-transfer-of-19million-rated-star/
This snippet from that non article shows how likely the move is “unlikely that Leeds will be wanting to sell, however should the club manage to land Alvaro Negredo and if is Wood keen on the move, it could happen.” A total non story written by some hack reporter sitting in his bedroom. Contains the usual comments “according to reports”. What reports and where. Any of us can set up a blog and make up similar rubbish Here’s a statement from Kinnear at Leeds to add some balance “Kinnear also says that last season's top scorer Chris Wood is integral to the club going forward, and there's no intention to sell him #LUFC”
You're probably right Eire, Besiktas apparently have signed Negrado, but a lot of leeds fans were worried after what Kinnear previously said....... http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2017/08/0...fter-kinnears-comments-on-striker-chris-wood/
