I agree with your Dele Alli comment 100%. Far too many English players don't go abroad, and it shows when we enter tournaments.

It would add some culture to his game. English football doesn't cut it in national tournaments. He'll be our number 10 for years. Being at a club like Barca will make him a much better player than staying at Spurs.
They get a feel for winning, and a hunger to be the best at clubs like that. Opposition start to fear teams and individuals.
He won't stay at Spurs for much longer as they don't ever win things. He'll be the big news of next summer imo.
