Maybe both then? Although with Rudiger signing, Cahill being captain and Luiz outstanding in a back 3 - I can't see it. Although Terry's gone, Zouma gone on loan (I think?) it might leave you short? I can't see any of the above being a bench player and VVD certainly won't be bought to sit on the bench. Who knows.
You've also sold Cuadrado, Traore, Begovic, Atsu, Chalobah and Ake. Oscar was January, but if you want to include him, you've probably sold £160m worth of players and bought Morata, Rudiger and Bakayoko for £125m. Throw in Costa and Hazard who'll both leave some time in the next 12 months and you can probably add another £100m to that net spend, minus £37m for Drinkwater.
Are you the bloke who got banned years ago, he used to constantly bang on about Man United getting rejected really obsessively, even Chelsea fans became embarrassed. He also used to go on about net spend and was dulusional as **** surely that was you right??
Have you changed your dealer recently? I've never been banned from any web related site. Can you say the same?
It looks very much like Barcelona are going to have a sizable amount of money available very soon. My instinct says they'll get Veratti as part of the deal for Neymar since they've been chasing him, possibly Di Maria as well, but who fears losing their player to them as Neymar's replacement? Coutinho appears to be the front runner. Hazard could be an option. Dele Alli? Dybala? Dembele (Dortmund)? Fellaini?
@The Liebherr Legacy WTF is going on with Southampton, I just read your manager is asking for one new signing. You can't be hard-up financially after every player you've sold to Liverpool and the fact that you're not letting VVD go for £50m. The manager himself is an underwhelming appointment, are things that bad?
Apparently, Messi has "ordered" Barcelona to go and buy Dele Alli. Yeah, good luck with that, you dwarf! I'd love to take a recording of that telephone conversation. Bartomeu: "'Allo! I am speaking to Mr Levy, please?" Levy: "Yep. What do you want?" Bartomeu: "I am El Presidente of Barcelona football Club!" Levy: "Good for you, son." Bartomeu: "It is the greatest football club in the World." Levy: "Sure, mate." Bartomeu: "I 'ave been ordered by Lionel Messi to buy your Dele Alli." Levy: "Really?" Bartomeu: "Yes." Levy: "Have you got a pen and paper handy? I want you to take down a message for little Lionel." Bartomeu: "Hold on a second, please... Yes, I now have pen and paper. What is the message?" Levy: "Go. ****. A. Dwarf. Did you get all of that?" Bartomeu: "How are you spelling "Dwarf," please?"
But in reality it would go like this; Bartomeu: Levy you little yid **** sell you diving boy. Levy: How much? Bartomeu: Blank cheque Levy: **** Joe, my yacht needs dry dock. How soon do you want the diving little ****? Bartomeu: Do you have any other players of note? Levy: No they're all just chattels.
No matter how good a player is , I don't want him on my team when he " Orders" a club to do something . Maybe it's time for Barca to cash in on Messi .
Levy: Hello Tottenham Hotsales how can I help you. Barca: £80m Dele Alli. Levy: £90m Dele Alli. Barca: How much you buy Messi? Levy: Our wages don't... Barca: Forget wages how much fee? Levy: £115m for Messi Barca: But then £30m Alli Levy: £70m Alli. Barca: Deal.
Roofus, you are a man of principle Ignore Tel..his transfer negotiation skills are from the same school as United. Give someone away for a bag of crisps and buy him back for 90 mill
