    Says it all.

The only players that can say they played well are Schmeichel and Nugent. I'm through being reasonable so let's just say everybody else isn't fit to wear the shirt.

Right, first of all, Maynard. I've gone from being desperate to get him and thinking he was the missing piece of the puzzle, to not caring a jot about him. Our problems are not the striker (yes, we do need another one, and Maynard would still be near the top of my list) but the striking situation is the least of our problems. We do not have a team, a unit, a philosophy, and one players isn't going to change that. We're ****ed, with or without Maynard.

Yes he scored 2 goals today. One was well taken, the other was given to him on a plate and frankly I thought he pissed about with it and got lucky. In any case, I don't think his general all round performance was better than Nugent's. We have no movement or creativity from our midfielders and wingers, giving him no chance at all. He created half-chances for himself, that's it.

Lets say 9 out of the first 11 had shocking games, why is that? How can they play so ****? They are NOT all bad individuals. They are simply not a unit. Half an hour in I said to my dad 'Why are they passing and moving better than us? Why is their first touch better than ours?'. I could see it coming. Did anyone see their defending in their previous games? It was disastrous, suicidal, pathetic. Yet we didn't create ONE chance for the first hour. And surprise surprise, we stopped playing like pussies for a short while after that. We created a good chance for Gallagher who capped a gash performance by scuffing wide.

But this isn't about individuals - yes we are still short of key players since we have ****ed around in the transfer market. (We have spent ZERO on transfer fees apart from the back 5). But I thought we had arguably the best 11 we could pick from our squad out there tonight. Yet not only was there no creativity, no movement, nobody who could take a player on, there was also no urgency, no bravery, and dare I say it, no passion. I thought we at least showed passion for the majority of our first 2 games, even if we were ****. St Ledger summed it up - everytime he got the ball he was slow to get it out of his feet and looked disinterested. It cost him for the second goal. OK, it wasn't the greatest pass from Peltier. But he still had about 15 seconds to do something with it. but no, he ****ed around and was punished. The stupid twat looked everything that I thought he was tonight. Gash.

I despair now not because Sven isn't picking the right team, because he more or less did tonight. I despair because even with a group of good individuals, we make a ****, ****, **** football team, with the only positives being 2 performances, maybe 3 at a push.

I really cannot believe we've played that badly tonight. I'm beginning to lose faith in Sven and before anyone gives me this 'it's only been 3 games bollocks', it hasn't. It's been nearly 12 months and he's been given money and allowed to do exaclty as he wishes with our team. Whatever he's been doing, we've improved only slightly from when he took over.

We are such a dull team it's depressing. It's got nothing to do with the team needing to gel, even if you don't know the players you're playing with, you still know how to run into space, or demand the ball, or run up the line. The passing was bad tonight but it was made an extremely difficult task once agins for those on the ball because they had simply no one to pass to. People around me often slated players for giving the ball away when it was in fact because they had 2 players on top of them and no teammates in eye-shot (this doesn't apply to St.Ledger though). And when we're desperate and need a moment of magic we've got not one with the quality or pace or bollocks to beat a man.

Forest is going to be horrific on Saturday, as is Southampton next week. Prepare for the humiliation to continue, we are nowhere near good enough for the top 2, and the top 6 is looking a long way off now. Let's face it, this defeat is relegation form, and our performances match.

Anyone got any excuses for Sven or the team tonight? If you have hold your head in shame.

Just need to gel, don't they? Norwich didn't get off to a great start last season and then they went and stormed it from then on. I still fully expect Leicester to be up there at the end after an amazing run (as Reading did last season); whether I think that's a good thing is another matter altogether. Mentality is just as important as technique in football and if Leicester aren't mentally functioning as a team unit yet due to the unfamiliarity of the XI playing together, it's understandable that you'd look ****ty and disjointed. Funny as **** though after all the posturing from Leicester fans on here who thought it would be a walk in the park from the outset.

I see what you're saying about the individual technique and poor passing, but all that stuff comes when the players are comfortable with each other. When they're not, they become jittery and nervous because the onus is on them to perform as an individual rather than as a member of the squad. Sven has a job on his hands to make sure this poor start is managed positively, otherwise it could turn into a proper string of defeats.

Saints fan in peace wow you are really angry i think you have just discovered the problem of making too many signings too quickly. Quality not quantity as Saints have so far proved. While before the season everyone was tipping you to storm this league I was saying I dont think so im not sure about the amount of signings. It takes more than money to get promotion from the championship.

As much as I'm grateful to you for having a bit of mercy on us, if you had seen us play the first 3 games you'd realise why we have very little hope.

It's not about gelling, we don't have the individuals or a decent style of football, and we don't even look close to rectifying these things, or even attempting to.

Wellens, what does he do? Everyone bangs on about how fantastic he is, but he huffs and puffs and actually does nothing. So many bad balls, never creates anything, waves his arms around a lot and gets in peoples faces but thats about it. Come on Wellens your suppose to be the man make it happen like the top men should do.

Didn't Norwich get beat 7-1 near the beginning of the season of the season in which they got promoted from League One? Didn't we get tonked 6-1 by Ipswich last team we got promoted to the Prem? Didn't Sunderland once lose their first four games before winning this league? Is it a coincidence that these results come near the beginning of seasons? No of course not. Why? Because teams need to settle.

To argue that this isn't an issue is ridiculous. We have 11(!) new signings, plus a new striker to come. They have to get to know each others games. This can only really be done in match play and it takes time. We are not the only team in this situation, look at Cardiff - Forest only had their first shot on target yesterday!

Regarding the striker situation - if you're a defender/fullback trying to find a forward that isn't there the whole time, you start to lose confidence. This can make even the best midfielders look poor and leads to indecision at the back. We tried the 4-3-3 formation with mixed results last year, we need 4-4-2 with two quality strikers. The only point I agree with really is that we have messed around too much in the transfer market - we should have had a striker in before we played Valencia.

There are 46 games in this league, so to be so defeatist after three...well I imagine you'll look back at the end of the season and wonder what you were so upset about.

"Your defense will always be a shambles with Kasper in goal, they can't trust him and won't know what he will do next, he pulls off dramtic shot stopping saves which flatter to deceive, but his style **** the Defence up and make them look poor."

Look, I know you want us to slate him so you can get peace of mind from him leaving you for us, but he's actually one of the only players performing well at the moment!

And you Leeds fans are very cocky for a team that's on the same points as us, and we're s*** at the moment!

Didn't have patience to read whole post, frankly I'm still laughing from all pre season speculation of you lot walking this league and you've so far only beaten a mediocre Coventry side and lost two valuable home games!! This is a marathon and not a sprint but don't get why your giving everyone a headstart! Looked down at the saints are two up and a serious threat....I think we just prooved a team of tightly knit skilled group is so far outgunning your lot who are still learning each others names!
As for Sven...I'd be demotivated by his voice!!
At the end of the season you may be sitting pretty but boy are you lot having a hard time atm!

Well that case, the old proverb involving stones, throwing and glass houses should come to mind when spamming on the Leicester threads.
