Ligue One duals Jordan Amavi made more tackles than any other player in Ligue 1 once and he nose dived straight through to The Championship with Villa. I still rate Bakayoko mind, as long as he's not a cripple he'll do ok.
I'm interested to see how all these ex Monaco players do tbh. All the real thing or some benefiting from a system that suited and the whole team being better than sum of parts?

Would have loved chalobah to get the chance. I reckonn hes at a decent level already. Rlc is overrated overhyped and not that good imo. Only reason people are excited is cause of his size.
I was surprised Chelsea let Chalobah go - but fair play to the lad, he wants first team football to be able to progress and he won't be anything more than a rotation player at Chelsea for the next couple of years.
yeah, its sad to see him go but he's not played long enough and he isn't getting younger. You can see he was a team player (when he shoved aguero over as misguided as you can be, could easily seen red). I don't blame him for going. I think whatever you think about Chelsea, they do reward players who have been loyal even if its not in their best interests. I think the fact Chalobah wanted to go they did even though it was a measly 5m (i know he was in his last year). Just as they let Cech go to le arse and Matic swan off to United now.
