We have had a much improved offer on the villa and we are strongly thinking of taking it.
The offer is in sterling and would give us an 18% return on our investment after all expenses, taxes and fees.
That wasn't the plan but it is a gift horse.
I might only get one stay in the place before its sold.

Me too Eire, I have a horrible feeling that after all these new signings it is going to be just like last season and a questionable start, I can't see us being ready in time.

I'm still happy with what Radz has achieved since he came in, I just question still a director of football making the decisions on who we sign and the lack of a quality defender replacing Bartley is a big concern.

I think this team is going to need time to settle, it just depends on us as fans if we grant them that time.

he is a good footballer and stood out a mile.Ayling on the other hand was slow and lost his man a lot.Beradi was fine as usual and O'kane was simply outstanding and would have scored if woody had looked to his right.he let hin know it as well ,he will have a good season.
