I didnt see the programme either and its sad in this age of anything goes that they still struggle with telling those that matter to them who they really are inside. But it may get easier for them in time if compared to past decades is anything to go by ? To be honest i dont care who is guy strait or other as long as it doesnt cause upset for me and mine as there are much more important issues in our society that need dealing with at the moment !
Exactly swan, and I think most sensible people would agree with that. But your point about it getting "easier in time" was the crux of the issue. In all other aspects of business/life/sport gay people are feeling more comfortable about coming out. Football had a zero figure. Nil. Nought. Sweet FA. There are no homosexuals in professional football. We all know that is not true. The head of the FA admitted before a House of Commons committee that "now would probably not be a good time to come out". It's part of his job to make sure the welfare of ALL football players is paramount!! A solicitor involved in the programme said that if the head of Microsoft or any other major company had said that, they would likely be sued for big bucks. So now the spotlight is on the FA and the Premier League. They know they have to do something and to improve what they are doing already. Coupled with that, Brighton have been promoted to the PL. Their fans have suffered years of homophobic abuse because Brighton has long been known as a favourite place for gay people to party. Will the fans of the Clubs in the PL give abuse to Brighton? What will the Clubs and the authorities do? On a positive note for the FA, some progress has been made by them over the years, but unfortunately any benefits gained are being destroyed by the increasing level of homophobic comments/abuse on social media. You only have to read some of the comments on here to see what they are up against..
I would not trust my child with a **** just like i would not with a ****.....You see these men calling each other my Husband and they want to adopt children ffs, What is that all about and what about the child......A Massive confusion for them.....And now the gays want the same rights as Normal wedded people.....They are sick in the head and should respect what they really are a couple of ****s ,shirt lifters, .......It's an unnatural act that should not be published openly ...

Adopting children is a different debate, but please tell me you aren't putting gay people in the same bracket as peadophiles? You say you know Alfie? I'd love to see his response to you saying that to his face.
