Aaron Lennon? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/watford-target-aaron-lennon-abdennour-10896461 Biggest question might be has he recovered from those off field issues he had earlier this year..
http://www.caughtoffside.com/2017/0...lub-following-fall-out-with-new-hornets-boss/ Deeney leaving? 'Fake news' I suspect.
it is fake news. This is the sun twisting Silva's press conference and leaving out all the facts, then this lot twist it further. complete rubbish.
The Kieran Gibbs rumours are still circulating with the reports saying he would have to take a large drop in wages.

http://www.hertfordshiremercury.co....tford-switch/story-30462831-detail/story.html Brazilian striker Richarlison favours us over Ajax. No mention of the need for a work permit though.
Didn't think that we would, one day, be 'preferred' over a 4 times European Cup winner The sceptic in me suggests he rather prefers the Premiership over the Eredivisie and doesn't want to have to go to places like Heracles Almelo and Roda Kerkrade.
To be fair BB. the major employer in Almelo is a uranium enrichment plant (despite that it's quite a nice town) and Kerkrade is a rather boring border town - having said that, I had, of course, forgotten about Burnley and Huddersfield. Methinks the real reason is that Ajax already have 8 strikers in their squad and probably would have played him out of position.
Any signing we do make will probably have to settle in quickly but if he does the job great...we do need a striker or two.
http://www.hertfordshiremercury.co....-work-permit/story-30463029-detail/story.html Sounds positive - confident of getting a work permit.
I think some of it is based on World rankings - with Venezuela being pretty low down (around 70). So it's much easier to get a work permit for a player from a high-ranking nation
WO think we will find it hard to get him a work permit.. http://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/sp...tford_move_after_rejecting_Ajax/?ref=mrb&lp=1
He's already signed according to the Fluminese president... http://www.hertfordshiremercury.co....-is-official/story-30463318-detail/story.html
