Of course you do. I just don't see how we can judge his leadership qualities when there's so much we don't see or hear.
Whenever I go to the theatre I spend a lot of the time screaming at the actors that they are a disgrace to the costume, **** at remembering their lines, have no hope of getting the play to the West End etc etc. As a paying customer it's my right.

Of course not Col. I was making a point, obviously opaquely. I don't act (except when I was a kid) and no one should ever have to hear me sing. I do stand up and talk at groups of people, up to several hundred, quite frequently. I usually rather enjoy it, but when you **** it up or it's not going right it's horrible.
Sorry...........I took it the wrong way. It takes real guts to stand in front of an audience, whether it's speaking, acting or singing. I always try to encourage performers, even when they are very amateur.

Precisely. When you are in the theatre you have different levels of expectation if it's the National, local amateur drama society or the school play. You may criticise all of them after but according to different criteria. Don't see why it shouldn't be the same for football. We are struggling to adjust our expectations to a lower championship level.
I sing and act in front of people and the best advice I can give is to try to turn the nerves into positives, by maybe realising that you know your stuff and that you've been asked to do this because you can etc etc.
We are, but isn't that because we had it all...................promotion to the Prem (twice), wealthy owners and the chance to really establish ourselves and we completely blew it (twice)! I got a bit spikey because I really can't stand the ignorant twats who come to a show (I've seen it in both professional and amateur settings, both from the stage and the audience) and think that they can do better, usually because they think they sound good in the shower or at the local karaoke!

On this weeks QPR podcast Ian Taylor said Saturday made £80-£90k, the equivalent of about 3 years residential care.
An amount not dissimilar to what Caulker makes in two weeks....I know where I'd rather see the club put their money....
