Not getting excited of minority sports, rugby league, lacrosse, rounders, netball etc is bad for my health?

To confirm this minority sport point, the result of a semi final in the major cup competition in said sport doesn't feature in the top dozen stories on the BBC Sport app.

This is a 'Well done Hull FC' thread. Anybody who doesn't care or doesn't like Hull FC isn't forced to post, or they can start a 'I hate Hull FC thread'.

I watched it on telly due to cricket being rained off. Quite enjoyed it. Birds in the crowd shots nearly made me turn Channel over though

I've asked once and got no reasonable response. You started this thread. When we played Man U in the league cup semi final due you post a thread on the FC forum good luck hull city? If not why not?
As if you didn't it appears to me you and others are doing this on here to deliberately wind city fans up?

    I await your response.

I had worked that out for myself but thanks for confirming it

    This is what I hate
I hate terrorists and suicide bombers
    I hate *****s
    I hate people traffickers
    I hate racists
    I hate drug dealers
I hate the scum who attack the vulnerable in our society
I hate wife beaters (+ hubby beaters)
I hate 20% VAT added to most purchases
I hate income tax but realise we have to pay it for everyone's well-being (cough cough)

For a time, I did hate my ex-wife, but as time passes it gets easier and that hate has gone and I feel better for it.

Like Plum said it was a thread on wishing Hull FC well.
If you don't want to wish them well isn't it just easier to leave it well alone.

What the hell has minority sport got to do with wishing a team from your own city well.

No windup at all. I'm principally a City fan but I like RL, FC in particular because my Dad used to go and I grew up just round the corner from the Airlie Street ground. I don't like RL/FC enough to want to use the FC forum so no, I didn't post a 'Good luck HC' thread on it.

I didn't know you'd asked the question before or I would have replied sooner however is this response reasonable?

ps in the past I've also posted good luck/well done to lots of other sports and participants, eg cricket, tennis, etc on this forum. I don't recall being brought to task about those posts. Is it just posts about Hull FC that irritate people?

Don't waste your breath mate and you do not need to explain your reasons for not posting on another forum.
We have off-topic posts for a reason.

Surely the delicious irony of you posting this on a board dedicated to Hull City cannot have escaped you?

    Point is you stated this:
To confirm this minority sport point, the result of a semi final in the major cup competition in said sport doesn't feature in the top dozen stories on the BBC Sport app.

    The FC report does feature.

It really is just FC isn't it? We have O/T threads on every subject you can think of but none cause the amount of weeping and wailing as FC.

Thanks. But you do know the difference between wishing the lions luck or England cricket luck and wishing FC luck on a city board.
Maybe a lot/some FC fans want city to do well but I doubt if you posted on an FC board good luck hull city it would last five minutes. Because the people who go on a board want to talk about their team, ok and other stuff, but not To talk about their rival and certainly not to wish them well.
    It just wouldn't happen.
So to keep posting it on here is just winding up board members.
