Having looked at the clip I'd definitely be signing him. Makes his teammates look like subbuteo players. He loves a headed goal - he's so tall he might even be able to get on the end of a shanked Grosicki cross.
The frustrating thing is that even if you're genuinely trying to recommend players, people at the club won't take you seriously. I remember in an email exchange I had with someone at the club I was passionately recommending both Rogic and Mooy before they moved overseas, and was met with a response of "Don't worry mate, we're on the verge of signing Cahill and Schwarzer!"

Was still hit with decent pace. Wasn't a trickle down the centre of the goal. Wouldn't have thought the shape gives it away, you can still pull it across your body to the left hand post.
Gwilym isn't on every night, he's not even on most nights, it rotates with him, Hogarth, Dean, Clark and White.
Haven't heard Gwilym on RH for a while thankfully, usually through the Rugby season he is on more than he has been.

As a word of caution......I remember thinking the same thing when we saw the Dio youtube clips a couple of years back, strong, powerful and knows where the goal is in the Norwegian leagues
Advocating signing someone cos of a few minutes of clips and not seeing them in the flesh is absolutely ****ing ridiculous. He might be a good player, but you can't tell that from this.
