Kante, we still need a decent DM after all these years

Or Kane. (1) To bring him back to his spiritual home (2) To **** the Spuds off no end

    :)

We need a decent, versatile, DCM so I'd say Dier fits the bill. I'd rather one from outside the prem but within the OP parameters I'd say him on a needs must basis.

Alderweireld also would be more than welcome at centre half.

Sanchez, very good player. Seems to have a pretty good work ethic too.

Pogba, for a fiver, I'd put him on the turnstiles.

that would be ok if Kante hadn't been the best player for both seasons he's played in the EPL

We're all allowed an opinion Ern. You think DDG is ****, others disagree.

Sanchez hasn't got the credit he's deserved as Arsenal haven't really challenged for the title. Not his fault.

and I think Kante is the first person to do back-back titles with 2 different teams since Cantona, but the eye is always drawn to the person who gets the goal, rather than the person who wins the ball and makes the pass. Mahrez got the plaudits for Leicester, but Kante was the difference.
I still don't rate DDG, it's easy to be a keeper behind a defensive team

Jordan Hend...<laugh> I couldn't even finish writing his name.

    Seriously... Sergio Aguero

Easily the best player in the league.

Fair enough. All those world class saves he makes can be credited to Chris Smalling and FELLAINI.

I'm surprised I'm the only one that mentioned Derek Asamoah. It must be because of his age now.

his shot/save ratio is mid-table, but the eye is always drawn to the big dive, and the ear open to the propaganda.

Fair enough fella, I'm sure there are a lot of people who agree with you that he's a **** keeper.

I wouldn't say ****, but he's nowhere near the best in the EPL, let alone world.

Who would say is the best?

I'd say he is comfortably tbh. Not even close.

Shot/save ratio can be a bit misleading though. What if all keepers had 10 shots to save but some keepers had easier shots than others?
I think you have to look at their all-round game. I think De Gea is a class keeper, who pulls off world class saves. If I was to criticise him, I would say he goes for a lot of things with his feet.

I'd have to go for Diego Costa at Saints. Horrible man, a nasty snarling **** of a player. Just what we need on the South Coast, we've been too nice for too long.
