Sky always hype the stuff they televise and pay lip service to stuff they don't. F1 hardly got mentioned till they struck a deal for it.
Nonsense. We all know the PL is the best thing in the entire universe. Better than sliced bread and oxygen and anybody is kidding themselves if they think otherwise. Sorry... what was I thinking? I need a lie down.
It's particularly cringey when they're hyping up either Scottish football or hurling. There must be only a very tiny number of people who give a single **** about either of those in England.
I'm feeling enthusiastic about the new season. Slutsky seems promising and things are gradually coming together. Relegation/ loss of manager/ big names leaving - wasn't going to be sorted quickly, but we're getting there and more signings expected.
I have the same feeling and I have been turned off football in general. I know for certain I can't go to anymore matches but I feel sure my interest will be re- kindled when football starts again as will yours I bet.
01482 505600, I've never had a problem with them, aside from the fact they now say "good morning/afternoon, SMC." The views expressed in my posts are not necessarily mine.
someone tweeted this morning on twitter showing hardly any seat's had been sold . when i rang the other day to find when tickets would be on sale got a grumpy voice of hello stadium management company
The number for the people constantly ringing me about memberships is (01482) 358418. Whether they just deal with memberships I don't know.
Has our manager got us playing terrible football? I haven't seen us under Slutsky yet but is it that bad?
I'll always have a massive interest in City, even though I won't enter the KCOM until the Allam's have finally gone they'll never take away my love for the club, they're temporary, I'm permanent.
Only seen around 3 mins of "highlights" from Benfica game then full Nantes match. Looks to me like he's not got us playing badly necessarily, he's just coming to terms with the quality he has to work with - which will hopefully improve soon as suggested by The Slut. Other than that, yeah, we're ****e.
I have only seen the Nantes game. It was route one football without a big centre forward to hold the ball up. Whether it was the influence of being at an egg chasing ground I don't know, but it was hoof, hoof, hoof, to a degree i've not seen for a decade or so. It was like watching MOTD in the 80's. Maybe he did not have confidence in his makeshift defence and told McGregor to bypass them by kicking from hands everytime, but it really wasnt good viewing. I remain to be convinced....
