Dier is fairly central to Poch's plans, linking defence and midfield. That ought to make him the more valuable player to the likes of Pep and Mourhino, both of whom would spunk a lot of their respective chairman's cash on getting their hands on him. Isn't it a rule of thumb that midfield players sell for more than defenders?

Even then that's only if he and Spurs continue to improve. It's an astronomical figure, but even then it's still nowhere near the £200m that HIAG and his 'pro pundits' value him at

 

Using the Bell's valuations yardstick Hazard would probably go for € 350 million.
