It's the Dutch league though, and that's weird and odd at the best of times. Hopefully he'll come good but his confidence looks shot
Hendrickson was just starting to get settled and show us what he could do when he got crocked. I definitely wouldn't write him off, far from it. Likewise Evandro who showed us he's got that quality a fair few times but was below par after getting injured.
Quite interesting reading people's thoughts on who has a better starting 11 then us If you put clucas and mason in the centre of our midfield please someone show me a better centre midfield in the league add Grosicki and either Kent or musa on the wings then by far the strongest midfield in the league and that's without Stewart, myler , Evandro and Hendrickson Upfront Abel and Frazier are as good as any front two in this league and with one more to come with Dio as back up Dawson mazuch and hector with one more two follow again very strong Aina at right back with Moses to come back we just need a good left back Three good goal keepers as well
When did we sign Hendrickson it will be a nightmare for reporters if he plays at the same time as Markus Henriksen
Our starting 11 will be as good if not better then most in this league our problem will be how big will the squad be after 31st August incase of injuries
I'm amazed people are overlooking Meyler. He would literally be my first name on the sheet in this league.
'First name on the teamsheet' suggests fanboyism. I'm ok with him playing if in form and fully fit. A less than fit Meyler is nearly useless, something Bruce never reaiised.
Given the amount of midfielders we already have, he wouldn't be mine. Clucas, Henriksen, Stewart and Mason are all better footballers, why would you put Meyler in ahead of them?
Because I think he's better suited to the Championship than all of them. Additionally he offers character, spirit and continuity that - Dawson aside - we're massively lacking.
he shows a bit of spirit as you say but thats generally because he's chasing the ball he's just given away. As sterling says we have better
