I'm not defending the bloke because I don't really have a clue about his quality or otherwise, but this new HOR really does have one of the worst positions at the club, he can identify numerous talents that we should be signing but then it's down to the boy blunder to negotiate his way out of each deal because he obviously doesn't want to spend.
