You also seem to be forgetting that Ranocchia, Niasse and Markovic are on huge wages for their ability. I liked all 3 but there speculated wages are just scary, that's why the clubs can't get rid
PLT didn't ask why they were struggling to get rid, he asked why their parent clubs didn't rate them. Again, I offered an explanation. Their wages and scaring off suitors has nothing to do with that relationship. It's fine, I think you missed the point, but there's no need to name call over it.
Absolute bollocks. He made a massive mistake in his first 10 mins at Arsenal when Tom passed to him and he ran away from the ball, but it wasn't punished. He then got bullied and allowed himself to be shoved away from the ball as that famous tough-guy heavyweight Peter Crouch scored for a woeful Stoke. That's just 2 off the top of my head. Yes he was ok and did better than I expected but let's not change history.
We definitely improved after Silva made his signings, from a srupendously low base created by last summer's cretinous transfer incompetence. But ultimately Silva signed what he could get his hands on - half decent but flawed players that no one else wanted. Fifteen good games at the foot of the PL were unlikely to reverse that.
out of them all i didnt mind niasse The rest were largely very inconsistent, markovic the worst culprit I dont think n'dyie ever turned up for us, i just couldnt see what he offered and think silva made a big mistake not putting huddlestone back in Rannoccia either looked so,id or you cringed when the ball came to him, had big lapses in concentration that proved costly at times, other times looked good with great passing If we had managed to stay up id of signed niasse and rannoccia Markovic too expensive wages and fee to justify his inconsitency
Think Ranocchia said he would have stayed had we stayed up. A few iffy moments (Palace and Stoke away) but on the whole he'd have done a good job for us. Markovic had the ability but drifted in and out of games to often and probably wouldn't be what was needed for another battle at the lower end of the league. N'Daiye started well but was anonymous by the season's end and offered very little.
Found myself constantly sat waiting for him to perform Anyyyyways enough of the has beens Who we signing hahaha!!! Got to be some movement today eh!!!
His performance against Benfica was shocking, I can barely remember him running! I'm sure he'd be a good Championship player but PL, not so sure.
