aah! I thought he (Max Clark) was a centre back. The one time I saw him play was the Youth cup final vs West Ham. Has no idea who was who (either they didnt have shirt numbers or we didn't have a team sheet?). I knew he had blonde hair so assumed he was our dominant centre back. Same question though is he good enough to be a back up left back? He seems to have been around for years, should be close now.
Would be a huge shame if Clucas were to go, he really blossomed last year. It would be nice if we stood up to the bidders on this one and fought to keep him. Difficult if he chooses to go but I feel the fans need to see some desire to protect what we have left now.
I read online that rafa wasnt interested in clucas. Just looking for striker and goalie. Ahhhhh i see now.....clucas in goal...tell enob...he will keep him then
I think that will have been Harvey Rodgers. For City Clark played defensive midfield, but played left back when he played for England U15 and 16's.
I never understand why fans are saying we have enough midfielders. At present we have two fit holding midfielders and Henricksen and Evandro in the more advanced position. We desperately need an attacking midfielder and I wouldn't say no to another box to box player
