I'm not scared to say nufc will be victorious because it won't hurt any less if we don't just because I say we will draw.

Syd you almost brought a tear to my eye, good post I really wish I was going would you believe it's my day off as well, I shall be looking for a friendly pub to watch the game, but it's just not the same. Might wear my killer heels though, purely as a hommage to you. <diva>

Good read until the last paragraph. Only a game of football ? What ? It's much more important than that.

Very true and if, god forbid, we lose. Well I was never that bothered about it anyway.

What we all have to remember is Sid james' Park is council owned, In other words, recreational ground, in other words, a rec. Like Whitburn rec.

Council take take it back - any time.

We (SAFC) played at the toon rec before the skunks - anyone on here know that? I can tell the story if asked.

Anyone know we gave - donated - their precious black and white strip?

Like Australia and Scotland, the toon inferiority complex shines through.

The Black and White stripes were decided on when East End and West End merged in 1892.

The only empty seats(all 60 of them) were worth £70, can you blame people?
