Absolutely. To me a promotion team needs to be based around a solid foundation/ nucleus with a few newbies. Damage was done in January relying on loans.

I dont think Grosicki has a release clause this is why his agent is trying to engineer his move, apparently theres a gentlemens agreement in place to let him leave bu othing in his contract that can be enforced.
