    Klopp apparently oblivious to criticism of either him or Liverpool about this affair....an apology puts it all right. Mmmm...I've met men like him. He certainly hasn't been criticised a lot by Pool fans....once they got over the shock. He walks on water there. I have to admire him if it means he doesn't care about social media....wise man.

    I'd be surprised if Coutinho went to Barca as he is exactly the sort of player they should be targetting, and Barca in recent years have been awful in the transfer market. Much more likely they sign ex Spurs player Paulinho for £30m or something.

    Maybe it's time for Matt LeTiss, Franny Benali and any other number of ex-Saints players to talk to the media and explain why he should move to Barca.
    They can start with - he'll be guaranteed European Champions League football every season, and some silverware.

    They've not been great but Semedo, Umtitti, Suarez, Rakitic are all great signings by the current board. Getting D. Suarez and Vidal back for good prices was also good business.
