thats a global fan of football for you. THey obviously do not understand at all the animosity between the cities...
Sometime when I travel out and I see fans with different kits, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal are the popular ones, and wonder why United and Liverpool are so much at loggerheads?.
thats a long story and predates association football frankly who everton are so traitorous to the city in being utd's bumboys and reject retirement home is beyond me.
The two biggest cities up there ? Just a guess . You should try it down here , us and Pompey , never known anything more stupid in all my life . Moved to Southampton when I was 8 , and been away for 16 years , so perhaps that has something to do with my attitude , but the Vitriol amazes me
its all about city rivalries from days of yore... its like the hill billies in the US nobody has a real reason to carry it on but they do. the ikes and the clamptons or whatever.
Yes I suppose so . I just find it pathetic . Perhaps I am just a Wuss . Anyway , enough of that , it's stopped raining . I am off out to write some poetry & Press wild flowers , TTFN .
no idea there. could be rooted in a football fight in any decade and carried on. its just morons with nothing better to do.
Personally I think United and Liverpool problem have to do with the title. Before Liverpool won more titles than united, and united playing catch up. United equalled Liverpool's 18th title and passed it, Liverpool now playing catch up. If not totally, it's part of it.
