Nothing wrong with GoT Godders. You're doing the same thing as TSS with F1 - "it's so boring which is why I don't watch it". If you don't watch it, you're not really in a strong position to comment.
I remember when many of us on here would of taken Ron Vlaar. Then Tim Sherwood and Aston Villa rocked up to St Marys on a bright sunny day...
Sorry, I don't mean to have a pop specifically at TSS in that, but I get that stuff so much as an F1 (and Motorsport fan) particularly from bike riders/race fans, who don't even watch F1. I watch both F1 and MotoGP (amongst others) avidly, and some bike races are great, some are a bit stale. Much like.....umm....F1. If it's overtaking you want, go watch NASCAR. Quite the dullest form of the sport in existence.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...an-City-ready-end-Southampton-s-Bertrand.html According to the Mail, City have lost interested in signing Bertrand. Interesting that they are considering an alternative at 26.5 million as they are aware of the financials associated with landing Ryan. Sounds like we are playing hard ball this transfer season.
Excellent as long as he doesn't sulk all season and play like he did after Xmas last season, I would be delighted. However if City were prepared to pay for Walker, I can't see why they feel Bertrand is too expensive unless our price is even higher?
The article said they're still trying to get Mendy for £40m, so Bertrand would have been back up. Obviously don't know how much Saints were asking, but them paying £50m for Walker would of had an influence on all our valuations
I made no value judgement about GoT just an observation that watching Cat on a Hot Tin Roof would improve your vocabulary more. It might also improve your English comprehension such that you would avoid jumping to the wrong conclusions.
There's an implied value judgement there, so I'll refer you back to your last sentence in the above comment.
I am very sorry to say but you do need some lessons in comprehension. You have just compounded your error with that statement. It is probably as well to stop at this point otherwise you could dig yourself into a yet deeper hole.
Hopefully next summer's World Cup will inspire him. He'd be mad to jeopardise his place in the England squad now.
Have only seen GOT trailers, but their speeches seem quite grandiloquent, so I suspect fans learn lots of words (if they didn't know them before*). *Not sure if it includes fantasy, but people who enjoy science fiction tend to be brighter on average than readers of other genres.
