No denying, just pointing out the two are hardly comparable. The better comparison would be if we'd agreed a loan-to-buy for Kent for 8m.
To be fair Pickfords display of goalkeeping against us at the kcom for Sunderland was one of the finest i've seen in 57 years of watching live football, world class in my opinion.
Humberside Mike White saying that Leeds and another unnamed club are in for Ryan Kent, a loan has been agreed with all three clubs its now up to the player, hopefully he good mates with the two we've already got from them.
A heart warming story for the Jak. Wanted by a previous manager who got sacked before he deal was completed. The next manager decided to pick it up anyway. Soon found out that he was total ****e, he ended up being third choice, and ****ing up every time he got on the pitch. Fast forward four years and he actually started looking like a keeper for a handful of games, but then got replaced immediately by a new incoming keeper. Another 6 months later he gets a proper chance, looks half decent and finally, finally gets a proper go at English football after waiting so long. Now earned a move to play out the remainer of the career in a decent first team as he deserves. All the best Jak, I'm glad you'll finally get to show the country what you're about. A real loyal servant and a true hero.
Joost@0605_ 12 Tomas Kalas has signed a new contract with Chelsea before his loan. Looks like he's off back to Fulham for the season.
