Max Clarke can play in any defensive/midfield left sided position. But he struggled to get into League 2 Cambridge Utd towards the end of last season. OK to fill in for friendlies but nowhere good enough for the Championship.

heh you know what I mean.. with a lack of movement at the moment, its easy to think "well nothing has happened YET, so therefore nothing WILL EVER happen" as a mod you should be pleading with your minions to remain calm.
I won't be pleading with anyone to do anything. The more outgoings there are, without any incomings, the harder the job gets and the less likely the quality players will want to come to us. It's already a **** up, whatever happens next.
For all you guys saying 'stop panicking' and 'theres a month and half of the window to go' can I just make a few simple points. 1. Surely if you intend on letting your existing players leave, you tell them, yes you can leave as soon as we have a replacement! 2. 99% of clubs don't let there players leave and then go 'right lets see who we can sign to replace him' they have usually already bloody identified the potential replacement! 3. Yes there is 1 and half months to go but the season kicks off in 18 days!! if we wait till the end of August like usual, we will have already played 5 games! 4. The more players leave, the more the footballing world takes the mickey and the more our own players take the mickey, makes us more and more unattractive to potential signings!
