For what its worth I dont think we should be banning people from sections of the site - unless someones posting stuff that gets them banned from the whole forum, then they should be able to post where they like - either ignore them , engage in "argument " or leave their comments to stand and show them as the fool they are ( or you think they are ).
I agree with you to a certain extent but when you have a poster who is determined to kill threads by making up bullshit about other posters and continually posting nonsense then a decision has to be made. The site is growing and trying to attract new members all the time and it's very difficult to do so when, for example, you're trying to recruit new Celtic supporters and all they see is Medro posting ****e about Neil Lennon, Celtic and bigotry.
If he ever had anything valid to say, then fine but the fact that Med dog has never once won an argument with any one at any time shows the premise for every single one of his posts is either flawed or he is a wum. The "argument" is always destroyed to such an extent that he has to invent things vaguely resembling things you might have said. He is no friend of logic and a stranger to the truth.
