I think that's debatable at the moment, they're both championship clubs, Brentford has the appeal of being in London, Barnsley doesn't appear to be a shambles.

 

i think what your forgetting its not only attracting players whilst on the outside we are a car crash, its do these players fit our style of play and philosophy? That could be ehabs conundrum

Club probably asked Marshall and McGregor if they knew of any free keepers and one of them recommended the Scottish free agent.

 

Hull City, if we sell Robertson will have £50 or £60 million in the bank. We have few experienced first team players which means anyone signing for City will play matches. A large percentage of the players we sold saw an improvement in their careers. I'd say that Hull City today is a fairly attractive proposition for agents and players. It may be even more attractive in a couple of weeks time. The more desperate we become the more money the players and agents will get.

I think we have enough Scottish goalkeepers without signing an ex Burton Albion player.

 

You say attractive, I say desperate. We're there to be taken advantage of.

 

The first line is wrong. We'll have received that much from transfer fees, considering we're massively in debt then to say we have that in the bank is misleading.

 

We are rebuilding and reshaping the squad - we're selling everyone we can and are replacing them with kids!
