This weekend... - re-papered and painted a bedroom wall (radiator was moved) - Re-painted the stair bannister in grey satin (trying to hide dirty hand marks constantly appearing) - two bedroom carpets done including grips and underlay - two beds built - two desks built - three shelving units and a table built for a mate on Saturday My hands are in bits! Also went to a kids party, ikea and had two games of footy followed with an hour in the pub.
Surely if it's not your kids party you just drop them off and then pick them up later? That's what happened when I was a kid
