And a world class goalkeeper. Possibly, maybe we could say that's the reason why all the other 19 clubs don't win the PL.
Spurs probably lost it due to lack of depth of squad. Chelsea were just very good though for the final 35 games or so. Still, finishing 24 points off the pace and winning less than half the games is pretty **** for any United team, even one that sacked off the last few games.
I agree. We need to finish chances better. Two stats from last season - the first is that we were 4th for chances created in the entire league, more than Chelsea and Arsenal. The second is that we made fewest defensive errors in the entire league. Opinions aside its hard to argue that the defence was poor. Our only defensive problems were all injury related imo. It was never Spurs' to lose by the way.
It's nothing to do with the our playing personnel. It's our tactics and (lack of good) management. If you put Mourinho or Allegri in charge of our squad I'd be wager they'd have one of the best defensive records in the league.
He's probably right. Wenger instils no defensive discipline in his players hence Ozil being allowed to float around contributing nothing. He's lucky Sanchez is naturally hardworking.
