    I don't really know, just doesn't feel like a Saints kit to me. Much prefer thin stripes to this monstrosity. I rarely buy the kit though so I am not the target market, if the majority like it then fair enough.

    First run out against a side much further on in fitness terms. Some good performances there.

    Winning's nice, but losing/drawing means little in first preseason match. It was a mish mash of a team in both halves....presume Mauricio got something from it and the players got a run out.

    Yes. Just good to feel the season is just around the corner. Only saw the second half but some stood out. Gabby, Long and Gallagher all looked busy up top whilst Gardos was heavily involved (in a positive way) at the other end. Two good saves by McCarthy. Lots of scrappy play too but good to see some of the youngsters getting a run out.
