I think lads think lucas won't be paid by lazio or something. He's going to get us 5mil He's going to go to italy to the sun... in rome... be well paid to play like he wants to weekly and have a great time. Its win/win here. IF he's got any hopes to be a coach i'd hope we'd get him back in and enable his development later on as we REALLY need to develop that attitude that we need to develop the off field coaching much more. Linders is a great example of what we need. Klopp took in one with his own team then added the bayern fitness lad plus the nutritionalist. It'd be a shame to see in a couple years its starting from scratch... whenever that may be (this is the way of football now) I'd like to see say gerrard develop away there and get a few others growing up as well but they must go do the courses and go aorund europe learning the trade.
