Tymon played the second half for Stoke in the Uhrencup last night, against Young Boys. He drew the foul that got Stoke their equaliser, taking the game to penalties, which Stoke won (Tymon took a penalty, which was saved).
They were 2-0 down when he came on, if it wasn't for him they'd have lost, he'll probably be first team captain and Freeman of Stoke by Saturday.
A fee had been agreed between the two clubs but Austin has now failed his medical, with a problem with his knee having shown up on scans. http://www.skysports.com/football/n...ker-charlie-austin-fails-medical-at-hull-city
Happens all the time, same with Isaac Hayden, who we brought in because we lost Livermore, then didn't need due to Livermore's unexpected return. These things happen, it's just part of football and a complete non-issue.
Every club makes unsuccessful transfers. Bruce's record was very good overall. Since Ehab took over transfers it's been rather worse. Bad signings happen. Money-obsessed Ehab inventing a tale of corruption on Bruce's part is laughable and despicable in equal measures. You lapping it up as soon as his minion passed the tale on to you, when you've previously always been a big advocate of Bruce, is shambolic. Still, loyalty to the one true glorious leader is all that matters to some.
Most of our transfers under Bruce were conducted under one agent. An agent Bruce is particularly close to.
Not disputing that Bruce was a good manager for us, arguably the best, but I'm not bitter like you, and no-one has passed anything onto me. I am capable of making my own mind up thank you. The only loyalty I have is to the shirt, 50 odd years of unbroken loyalty through thick and mostly thin, unlike some. I would love to nit pick and split hairs with you all day but sadly I have a living to make, so cheerio and do yourself a favour and lighten up.
