I admit my view on it isn't exactly detailed or comprehensive and they'll always be points I agree with and points I don't. But my overall view is you should play for the country you were born in. No biggie.
Tbh I don't know what I hate most. Someone like Petersen being a mercenary whilst knowing its the only way to make money or someone like the Aussies being so "tough" on immigration but speeding up citizenship to get a player into their team.
What about someone who moved to the country when they were 3. They have no memory of their birth country. All they know is the UK. You still think they would have no right to represent the country?
