Amazing. That was a really close match. Garcia looks like a future Grand Slam winner to me with a bit more experience. But for now, COME ON KONTA!!

First British woman in the quarter final since Jo Durie in 1984. If Murray gets through as well it will be the first time since 1973, when Virginia Wade and Roger Taylor got there, that there were British players in both the men's and women's singles quarter finals.

 

Konta's got Halep next who is certainly beatable. My prediction of Azarenka winning this year was so wrong as she lost to Halep!

Azarenka is something like 650 in the world at the moment because of injuries and then giving birth. She's definitely a top 3 if not top 2 player, though.

He has been known to play better when angry....the opposite to what you'd expect.
