Everton apparently want 90 million for Lukaku. I think it's disgraceful how greedy they are and how they are standing in the way of a player having his dream job.

Not confirmed yet no, apparently Everton also want him and Demarai Gray. The Neves one will be interesting, one of the most promising young midfielders in the world but struggled to get in Porto's side last year due to not being physical enough. The manager who dropped him is now the Wolves manager and the Championship is more physical than Liga NOS, still from what I have seen he has bags of ability and will be a money spinner for Mendes.
Lemar has agreed terms with Arsenal, clubs need to work out a fee though. Actually looking like a decent window for them so far, keep Sanchez and it would be a very good one.
The thing with lukaku is hes never going to be a top world class striker IMO , but he will be the best of the rest , and be the best of the rest on a consistant basis. I think Everton have every right to bleed United dry for him(so to speak).

I think you could be right. I have thought that he's had the capability to be the very best, but it hasn't happened just yet. He is still only 23 though. Could be my lack of attention, but he already seems less dynamic than he used to be. Maybe it's the short hair.
You don't consistently get 18-25 goals in the prem without an element of world class. I agree though, his first touch is appalling for a hold-up centre forward.
