    Went to worship this morning...

    Bacon and beer...****ing delicious!

Although my friend who is a Muslim, did not participate in our great British traditional morning feast today.

Embracing our culture by still recovering from the shock of being busted for drink driving. Probably also monitoring his rasher intake as he is piling on the pounds, otherwise could be the next @pud in the making ;)

I've been accused of being Islamophobic, but truth of real life always hurts.

Rule Brittania and God Save the Queen.

    Peace brothers <peacedove>

Sunday roast for me today, nice pork roast, humanly killed.

Roast spuds in duck fat, the birds freshly plucked at the village pond this morning.

I've had a maccies breakfast in bed.

Got a fillet of venison for for later got to make dauphinosie potatoes to go with it. Only issue is I need a square of some sort and I don't know what to make to go with the venison.

Nothing worse than a British Sunday lunch. I've done a vegetable cous cous and will roast a Piri Piri chicken.

Do some crispy onions and diced bacon, loads of it. Finely diced rosemary and a squeeze of lemon over the top at the end.

Haven't got any bacon. Ate it all yesterday. Was thinking some sort of fruity red wine reduction.

Yeah everyone does that, works well but the bacon thing is amazing. Get the onions really dark and sweet and the bacon cooked well then the rosemary and lemon lifts it all, amazing.
Worth popping out to get the ingredients.

No there's enough moisture with the oil and lemon juice and bacon fat along with the meat juices.

    ***HEATHEN ALERT***

Stop! Fry cabbage or mashed Brussels sprouts in sesame oil then add the cooked bacon of your choice with some oyster sauce and add sesame seeds after plating. Lime jizz if you must.
