Not at all mate, Lukaku not coming to us is a blessing imo, especially at that price. As you said in a previous post, I hope they enjoy his first touch.
The football transfer world is a dirty, dirty place mate. Mino Raiola will let it all out once it's done, he can't keep his mouth shut.
Your view on him as a player doesn't alter the fact that Chelsea have ****ed this one right up mate. I think United fans won't enjoy his first touch btw lol
Chelsea are linked with Morata, Belotti and James Rodriguez after 'losing out' on Lukaku... ****ing hell I could have broken those stories the minute the Lukaku £75m 'deal' was announced.
I hope so mate, I've said for the last couple of years he's got the talent but just not the desire anymore. If he's got a new challenge you lot could see the old Rooney back. I couldn't begrudge him success with Everton after what he did with us.
Yes, when people talk and the words come out of their mouths and I hear them, I usually believe what they are saying, unless I have a reason not to. Surely the fact that he was on the verge of going to United proves that he wants to play in the PL, albeit for United, but surely thats proof that he isn't adverse to such a move.
Then you are very naive indeed. This is professional football we are talking about. Do you believe it when players say things like "I have always wanted to play for X, I used to watch them when I was a little boy and Y played for them"? How about when players say, " I am a ......F.C. player, all my attention is focused on helping them finish in the top ..."? Or "I am very happy here, playing for Z is a dream come true". When a club issues a statement saying "X is not for sale at any price", do you believe that also?
