Fear not Sterling football practice is going on in earnest on the Hessle Lower School playing fields, the grass has been cut and the posts are back in place, although the nets don't get put on until a match is played.
I just played tonight and scored a brace. We won't go into the chances I missed, but I can safely say I'm not a lone striker.
Great to have this new facility, including for the redevelopment of that slum area. But max seated capacity of 2633 if nowhere near enough. What a wasted opportunity.
It looks way too small. After a stage is put in the place is going to be tiny and I imagine it to be smaller than the Ice Arena. Huge shame!
I prefer the smaller venues. Better sound, more intimate. It won't attract the superstars, then I don't want it to. They got it spot on for me.
Massively underwhelming, most intelligent people said it was too small and these pics only validate that fact.
Not sure why less than 2.5k is deemed as decent for a brand new place Already have the theatres This should have been 4k+ massive missed opportunity
Simple, Make it bigger but include screening to reduce the size for smaller gigs. Top Ten City or just another town? #missedopportunity
The capacity's 3,500, the same as the O2 Manchester and bigger than the O2 Birmingham, O2 Newcastle and the O2 Leeds.
