Just going off track a bit. Why are mix dog breeds given names like Cockapoo or Labradoodle, and cost a fortune. They used to be known as mongrels and were dirt cheap.

I can answer that, in Australia there are giant sea snails called Abelones and only poor people would eat them but they became fashionably popular to eat and now giant seas snails cost loads of money and rich people eat them.
