Somehow I think once he goes down for the offence he will get more than a kicking if the other inmates can get at him! I understand they they're kept mostly in isolation but it is my understanding the other inmates nearly always manage to get at them at some time.
Before we start dishing out official and unofficial punishment shall we wait until it is established whether he is guilty or not. You lot would have had poor old Dave Jones strung up on the nearest lamp post before his case got anywhere near a courtroom and his innocence confirmed.
Crystal Palace vs Saints now a lunchtime kick-off on TV. Southampton vs Arsenal now moved to a Sunday. Not on TV as far as I can see.
Well said. I was beginning to think I was the only one who thought this way. If guilty I understand the reactions but let's find out first. That's the way things work in this country as far as I am aware.
I understand both Godders and Whiteleys point, but in my opinion if there's evidence of 65 charges he's likely to be guilty of at least some of them. That along with plenty of stuff I've on seen on here/Sw and discussed with people as well is enough for me to form my opinion that the bloke is a wrong'un
We all have opinions and he probably is guilty but he still has to be found guilty in a court of law. Until then nobody can be sure despite rumours and speculation on the internet. If we just went on rumours/hearsay then we may as well save ourselves some money and do away with courts and lawyers now. There has to be facts/evidence. Even then jail and not violence from the public (who will end up in jail themselves) is the answer. Not getting at you TLL ( ) just making a point which in these days of the internet a lot of people seem to forget. People have rights even alleged scumbags. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-40494218 This is an example of how things can be completely wrong.
I know and like I said I understand the point and even agree to an extent. Just saying I don't need to wait for a court to form my opinion on a subject, each to their own of course. More cruicially, I'm a firm believer that just because you get a result in court it doesn't mean it's always the right one. It begs the question that if he is found not guilty of all these charges would many here be satisfied that he's innocent? Or let him around their children/grandchildren?
Of course, that goes without saying. Has to be beyond reasonable doubt. Doesn't mean you can't have an opinion or that they're innocent.
