Yes but i would expect a based on a true story film to follow roughly along the guidelines what happened even if parts have been embellished and made up. When most of the film is on how he saved lives, got sued, went into a drunken stuper, i didn't expect all of this to have been fake!
Anyone seen Ray, the film not just some random guy? It's on Film 4 or Sony sometime soon and it has good reviews.
Watched 'Jim - The James Foley Story' on Netflix the other day. ****ing excellent. Very Sad. 9.1/10 It's about the American conflict reporter that got beheaded on live TV. Seriously watch it guys.
El Chapo - just discovered I have Netflix for free on my Virgin XL package (after four ****ing years), so I've watched the first three episodes. Ok, but seems a pale imitation of Narcos, even down to the credits. Anyone know if it's worth sticking with?
It's **** mate tbh. I've seen worse but it's just a Narco-lite. I didn't particularly think Narco's was that good though tbh. Watch 'Jim - The James Foley Story'
I'll work my way through all three series of Call Saul too, as they're still on it. I downloaded them off Pirate Bay (season 1 & 2) but just never got around to watching them. I get a feeling I'll be like I was with GOT and Breaking Bad - my sisters and nieces were raving about them for three years before I got on board.
Yeah I've got to start Better Call Saul again, got 3 or 4 episodes in and binned it off as nothing happened. Everyone now says its better than Breaking Bad. I'm going through a stage of watching documentaries more than anything else. These days there's some seriously interesting docs out there. I watched "Gringo:The life of John Macafee" last night. **** me the guy was/is a right nut job. I've still not had it in me to sit through GOT yet, I will at some point though!
Going to binge watch the entire original Twin Peaks again. Literally haven't seen it again since it originally aired. Then the new one.
