Just going on last Seasons stats:

    Lacazette - 37 goals.
    Sanchez 30 goals 14 assist.
    Mahrez 15 goals (26 goals 2015/2016)
    Ozil 12 goals 15 assists.

Hypothetically if they all did that again - we would more than likley win the league.

The most important, especially from the potential front three, is that they can all score and assist to a high level. All three are proven top quality and the level of front play will improve significantly for us. The responsibility of burden will be spread and it will allow us to be more dynamic and attack teams in multiple ways.

Sanchez wants a big contract and new signings and he will stay according to this article.

Well Kolasinac, Lacazette and Mahrez would surely be a sign of intent on the transfer side of things.

    He may still stay!

The article also claims Wenger wants to keep him and lose him on a free if he won't sign.

If we have a really good transfer window I think we may as well keep Sanchez and go all out for the league. it'd be worth not getting his transfer fee if we have a really good season.

We will potentially have a lethal forward line this season. With solid back up options too.

    Sanchez--Lacazette--Mahrez
    ---------------Ozil--------------

    Welbeck--Giroud--Walcott
    -------------Perez--------

Ok so Perez is shoved in at number ten and could leave along with either giroud or Walcott. But we have real depth up top if we get mahrez in and keep Sanchez.

I'd like us to keep him tbh. He's averaged about 20 goals per season in all competitions for us with a peak of 24 goals. (And averaged 20 a season with his previous two French clubs). Last season as a backup option he got 16 goals and some really important ones.

    Overall his stats at Arsenal are (P) 227 (G) 98 (A) 41
    League: (P) 164 (G) 69 (A) 27
    CL: (P) 32 (G) 13 (A) 6
    FA Cup: (P) 23 (G) 13 (A) 6

He has good hold up and link up play and is great in the air, having scored more header a in the league since joining Arsenal than any other player has in that time. Very handy player and I hope we keep him as an option.

If you get him he will do well for you. Underrated player.

I completely agree mate, his record is great and he's a proven PL striker, as 2/3 year replacement for Lukaku he'd be ideal for us, not sure we'll be able to convince him to come though unfortunately.

I think he is a player we should fight to keep. He is a consistent performer for us and would provide an alternative should be want to change our style. He is different to every other forward player we have and i think it's important that we maintain that variety in attack. Also, with Lacazette and potentially Mahrez coming in, it will provide more assistance for Giroud.

The big question here is can Wenger persuade him to stay. In my opinion, it would be in his best interest to, as things will get better in the long run.

The quotes I've seen from Giroud suggest he wants to stay at Arsenal. But I've also read articles saying he wants more game time.

The most recent thing I saw was him saying he wants to continue his adventure or journey or something like that with Arsenal.

Over the years I've argued for keeping Walcott but if we get Mahrez and keep Sanchez and one of our forwards or two need to leave I'd go for Perez or Walcott over Giroud.

I have that feeling too but the entrance of Lacazette might be a tipping point for Giroud, i hope it isn't as he still brings a lot to the table. It would also be good to genuinely see competition for the CF position and may up Giroud's level overall.

I think Giroud played really well when he was fighting with Walcott to be the CF and did well this season when having to try and play his way into the team. I think he'd thrive as a backup option for us this season. Just have to hope he is happy with the role. If he thinks this year is the year we will do something really good in the league and/or Europe he might want to stay on and be a part of that.

I think dropping him to the bench did the trick. But i think Wenger will have to make some difficult decisions if we keep Giroud. We will have to be more braver with our selections and drop our best players when they are not performing. We do have a good squad and it will need rotating. Even with Lacazette coming, he shouldn't automatically be picked over Giroud. There will be instances where Giroud will be the better option, as will for Lacazette.

David Ornstein (who has been very accurate soo far) has tweeted that Arsenal are now pushing to sign Lemar after our initial bid was rejected. Monaco want £45million and Arsenal are expected to meet the fee.

Supposedly Sanchez wants to stay but is demanding 400k a week. Our current offer is 275k per week...

What Really? Can't surely be that much. That is an outrageous amount if true. 275k a week is a huge amount already. Probably some crazy paper talk and he'll sign very soon.

To be honest, even if the crazy £400k rumours are true, do we really need to sign him up now? If his contract runs out at the end of the new season and we have a very good one, then we will be in a stronger position to bargain or get another player in. I'd rather we keep him for one more year and risk losing him on a free than being one top player down. At the end of the day, we are still waiting for a right winger to come in and getting two wingers this window would be difficult for us.

We have to do a risk assessment on Sanchez and decide on the best outcome for Arsenal, whether that means him staying or going.

Really hope we pull this one off. Lemar is a beast and he will be a big success in the PL.

My guess is that we will get one of Lemar or Mahrez unless Sanchez is leaving then we may sign both.

I would be happy with either Lemar or Mahrez as either would add so much to our first 11. Mahrez would do better to begin with as he has the experience and proven track record in the PL, but Lemar is for the future.

The best solution would be Sanchez staying with either joining. I'm really hoping for this <ok>

Surely its Lemar or Mahrez (Arsenal have obviously had contact with both).

If both are coming in - then it's a clear sign Sanchez will be leaving.
