It's true though mate, colour doesn't come into it for me but there are certain races throughout the world that should be just exterminated. My daughter is living with a copper who supports Newcastle, so if she came in with a coloured chappie, that would be a bonus
Have to say there aren't many Black people in Nettlesworth mind. Kimblesworth has quite a few mixed race and black families though. Strange! I have no problem with anyone who doesn't have a problem with me and I don't hold a grudge either (except with Howard Webb and he's white!)
Yeah, same here in Witton Gilbert, mate. I've been here for one year and I'm yet to see a black person. Wouldn't bother me in the slightest if a black family moved in next door. In fact, I think I'd quite like it.
Mine was before I started singing semi pro and now I know most of what's near where in the north east - even learning the towns in Cumbria after recent jaunts to gig over there
To be fair - before the days of Sat Nav - I put in directions for a cvlub I thought I was playing in - it was NE6 5xx (Can;t remember the last letters but it was NE6 I put into the directions on my printout) Turns out I arrived there to see a band and a solo act already set up (somewhere in Hebburn I think) I rang the agent and said "I'm at the club" they told me I wasn't - as I was supposed to be in NE65 which is a fair trek from where I was!! Luckily I'm more clued up now
I shared a room with a black lad from west Africa called Joseph Metembi Icundi for a year cracking lad had some great laughs but he definitely had a totally different niff to me.
