    Standing in stadiums is one thing... It might be standing in aeroplane's next though.

    Colombian budget airline VivaColombia is considering a plan to remove all seats from it's planes and have standing only aircraft. This way they can fit more people on and charge less.

    Seems an absurd idea to me. Take off and landing seem particularly hazardous.

    If I remember rightly there were rumours a few years ago that Ryanair were considering this and the EU quickly said they wouldn't allow it.
