I will ask again, who did these ratings?

And as an aside, why was he sub so often in a poor side if he is so good?

Just type Michael Keane/Harry Maguire stats and it's the first one that comes up. Who scored.

Why was Mahrez left on the bench first season? Why was Vardy played out wide? Why did Mahrez continue to play last season even though he was our worst player? Why did Ranieri think he had to change our style of play away from the one that made us successful? Why did Hull sack their manager and replace him with Silva who did play him?

I can't believe you even asked that question because managers make strange and wrong decisions all the time,

Obviously I was talking PL title not cups.

I think we will win the PL within a decade and won't ever be in a lower division ever again.

Ahh right, so that is why you would take control on the pitch and mark who you wanted to, because you know better than managers as well as being the best player on the pitch to mark the opposition best player.
Did you ever win the World Cup by any chance with all that ability and knowledge?

I'm 41 and I know the owners plans for the next decade so I'm confident.

I'm sure you believe you'll win the league again within a decade and you're bullshitting if you say otherwise!

The thing is its expected of a central defender to take responsibility and it's exactly what the manager wants so putting my hand up before the game and saying "I've got him" breeds confidence in my teammates and my manager. Basic stuff for anyone who plays football at any level.

Also game management is essential and things don't always go to plan and your other centre half could be getting ripped a new one so you switch. A manager can only do so much, once out on the pitch it's up to the players to take control. Again basic stuff for anyone who plays football at any level.

Do you think no other owners have plans for the next decade?
I don't think we will win the league but I really hope. There are at least 8 teams well ahead of you at the moment and I don't think any of their owners plan to get worse.

Basic stuff is a manager spotting a problem and adjusting things to combat it, it's why they get paid a **** lot of money.
Players do what they are told.

Have any of you actually played football at a decent level? A level where you're playing for and with ex-pros?

I'm not talking crappy local football where nobody has any idea, I'm talking about playing at a professional club, being coached by and playing with professionals and at non-league level at minimum.

I also don't think any of them wish to emulate City and Chelsea and have the opinion of "why not us?". They see money and ambition as the reason for their sustained success and they have both. The club has zero debt, we're extending to 42k next summer and the plan is to be playing CL football.

They have a five year plan of establishing ourselves in the top four and increasing capacity to 60k and then the next five it's serious title contenders and increase to 72k, which is the maximum the new plans allow. These plans have been witnessed by the way. They're also moving to new state of the art training facilities with a 9 hole golf course for staff and players, not sure any other club in the country will have a golf course on their training ground.

When they bought the club the first aim was to win promotion within three years. Tick. Then stabilise us as a PL club and qualify for Europe within five. Tick. Upon stabilising in the PL, extend to 42k and planning permission permitting, they will next summer. Any smart person would put money on it knowing that because nobody will expect it. I will be putting money on us finishing in the top six next season and I bet I'll get great odds.

You quite rightly say there are eight teams who will have a chance at the start of the season and we will have as much chance as anyone else. With the top seven all playing in Europe we have a significant advantage and a squad more than capable. I think we will spend well over £100m this summer.

Maybe we won't win it again in a decade, I'm also hoping but we have as much chance as anyone else.

Have you never heard of "in-game management"? It's talked about often and it's what Spurs don't have for example. Players taking responsibility out on the pitch when the manager has done all he can do. This is seriously basic stuff.

You need to post this on the Spurs board, they could do with your insight into games.

That was a reasonable response was it? Don't sound deluded because it's little old Leicester we're talking about?

I'll admit to myself it sounds crazy but we're incredibly lucky that we have such ambitious owners. They've also recently bought a second tier Belgian club to be a feeder and to loan our younger players to so they get a different experience. Leicester's future is going to surprise a lot of people. You heard it here first ;)

Oh mate don't get me started on those tossers. I said to some Spurs fans on JA606 that we would challenge them the season we won the league and all I recieved in return was abuse and assurances of how superior Spurs were to Leicester. I was told I was deluded and laughed at and mocked but in the end it was Spurs who didn't challenge us.

So laugh all you like but I'm not often wrong and I will say we'll qualify for Europe next season.

Before Spurs it was WBA fans and i told them that our Championship team was better than their PL, that Drinky and Vardy would play for England and that we would qualify for Europe in five years. I received similar abuse from them and was told to come back after we'd been in the PL for five years because only then would I know what i was talking about. I went back the following year when we won the league, didn't seem like it was worth waiting another four.
