    18 shots on goal to TWs's 15!!

    15, yes 15 corners.

Not one goal scored by our players!!

    UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

Surely it's as plain as can be.

As for the defence Gulasci far from satisfactory, Hobbs is, well not Anthony Gerrard!! and from what I have seen so far McKenna is not mobile enough to be good enough to provide a buffer for the back four.

Early days, I know, but our defence is nowhere near as good as last season and without a better attack soon this season will be over as far as improving on last year is concerned.

    15 corners to TWS's 4.

To me the difference was the goalkeepers and the left back's in the 1st half

Yes but our 15 corners did naff all, whereas theirs threatened nearly every time.

I think the only positive is we created a fair few chances and that's about it.

I think our recruitment policy has been dreadful, nobody we have brought in has improved the team v last season.

The Ipswich game masked the problems because we won, but Delaney had umpteen headers from set pieces and could or probably should have scored. 3 points from 9 is poor.

We should have brought in players we had on loan last season like Gerrard/Guzan (midfield unsure, but i'm sure to god McKenna isn't the answer) We lack a solid spine in the team front to back a leader in defence (Wayne Brown/Anthony Gerrard type character) Midfield still issues (Ashbee type character) and attack (Windass type character) too many kids, not enough know how.

Totally agree, but tonight I thought we did well...created chances, and did give Leeds a game, it was all or nothing second half end of the day.

I was impressed with Koren and Fryatt linking up for most parts of the game, however wasn't impressed with Dudgeon, seems to rush his decisions, doesn't run at defenders, literally only has one foot and back, and back and backs off.

What we do need is a good striking partner for Fryatt, he has a lot of pressure on him to put them left right and centre in the back of the net and when he doesnt he gets slaughtered. So who is there?
    - Danny Haynes
    - Helguson
    - Jon Parkin?
    - Waghorn?

and as for a new GK, I cant express how poor Gulasci was tonight...

Early days yet though got to say losing like that to TWS is pretty bad, hope it's not going to be a season of massive ups and downs

Or just a season of massive downs. This against a poor Leeds outfit (on paper) low on confidence and unsettled fans. Then we waltz into town and offer them the biggest confidence boost going a thrashing. ****e frankly, ****e.

    Now your listening.
Gulasci, Hobbs, Adebayola and Fryatt not good enough.
Suppose when Fryatt scores next and Hobbs makes a saving tackle (if ever) , you'll all be full of praise again. But not me, it aint gonna change with these players.
Leeds where good going forward, we werent , good job they scored for us, otherwise another blank. Ipswich 2 - 5 Southampton, makes our 1-0 win look a fluke.

oh well only 43 to go.

To be fair we weren't on that much of a low as we had played quality against Middlesbrough but been robbed by some dodgy decisions, you'll know what I mean if you watched Football League Show.
A lot of us expected that to carry on. The only problem would have been missing 2 of the leagues best players.
