If there are hardly any takers then he will have to lower his demands. Hopefully if it came off Citeh would pay some of his wages if it is a loan.

Yeh I find it hard to believe Torino paid full wages when they took him last season. Ya never know maybe Joe will take the noble, less financial, route. He'd be a ****ing legend if he did

Far more important positions to be looking at than GK. In fact I would say this is the last position we need to be looking at.

I find this hunt for a keeper a bit odd.

We miss out on a Freeby so we could try for a £18m keeper instead....

    Yeah whatever

A keeper wouldn't have been high on my list of priorities but Rafa stands or falls on his performance as a manager, we don't win or lose anything from our comments here. If Rafa gets a keeper I'm happy to go along with his judgement. Good thing is that if he doesn't manage to get anyone he wants this summer we still have decent keepers anyway.

He's fookin w@nk man, literally every-time I've watched him play over the last few years he's flapped numerous free-kicks into his own goal along with tons of other blunders. We've got 3 better keepers already in Krul, Elliott and Darlow and bringing in a has-been low on confidence keeper like Hart will only push our own highly talented youngster Freddie Woodman further down the pecking order thus making him become disillusioned with his future at the club.

I hope this is paper talk nonsense because if it's true I'll be proper worried about the coming season.

Never liked Hart, all that grimacing and chest beating bravado. Knocked down a peg or two when he realised that the world didn't revolve around him at City.
We have far more pressing areas of weakness that need to be address before we need another keeper.
Personally think it's total bs to be honest, couldn't afford his wages for a start and he is no improvement on what we already have.

Ever since he did that Head & Shoulders advert.

In all seriousness, he's a very average keeper. He can't deal with anything on his left. It's a real thing, he's just not an ambi-turner.

Hart is better than all our keepers end of. Experience counts for a lot between the sticks. Doesn't necessarily mean we should be buying him though. We are well stacked in that department.

This. I'm not sure if people just don't remember Krul at all - a very limited keeper. I agree it isn't a position we need to sort out as a top priority but Hart is certainly better than any of our current keepers. Add in the effect his signing may have on other players - a statement of intent. For the money suggested I think he's a good buy. We wont get him though.
