Warrington ****ing Walking Day today. It's supposed to be a religious thing with churches marching through the centre of the town. Whole place is closed off until about 2.30 pm. It's just an excuse for a massive piss up. Mass brawls in the street. I saw 3 mobile St John Ambulance units this morning when I was waiting for the bus and that was only 7.15 am. Ask her if "Nookie" still teaches there. He wasn't too old he might still be around. He would be old now though. Mr Crowther (Nookie) was our legendary music teacher. His classroom had bars on the windows and he always threatened to give the boys a good spanking. He was almost a legend at our school. I wouldn't be surprised if there are still stories circulating about him. Always a rumour mill swirling around him.
Nevermind. He's on ratemyteacher as retired. Shame. Every school has a teacher that everyone has a story about. Nookie was ours. Larger than life personality. Plenty of rumours about him have relationships with some of the lads.
