Dont trust Jenkins ffs.....To sell him shares is signing the trusts death warrant.....He **** on the trust before and he will do it again...If the trust sells its shares it will become weaker.....Not that they have much say anyway. The club will always do things their way regardless....
Totally agree, as you say they don't have a lot of say, but they are there and we still have a small link between the club and the fans. I new when they came here they would water the trust down and HJ is the one who is orchestrating it. I have read that Jenkins is going to buy some of the shares as well. I am glad I haven't renewed my ST and will not spend anything in the club shop. the club we knew and loved will be gone completely within the next year or so and will no longer be the model other smaller clubs look to.
i hope this doesn't happen. Surely a transfer ban should mean a transfer ban. Not be allowed to buy players but cant use them. That's not a transfer ban. http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport/...ico-madrid-attempting-hijack-swansea-13260604
This smacks of deja vu. I will be amazed to see him here now. Our negotiators are ****e. Compare this to Bournemouth.
Ironically The money stays in the club as there are many share owners, But if i should get a nice cheque through the post then i wont say no.
My theory is the Americans were going to face legal action , so the the Trust and owners iron out this deal to stop the legal action .
The money goes into the Trust account which currently has approx £800,00, if the agreement on offer by the yanks is signed then 5% of the trust shares are sold and approx £5 million go into the Trust account..So unless you're jenkins and co you won't see a penny .so it's Margate not Marbella for you
The deal is done, only the small print to do with sell on fees and international caps are being ironed out, AM are under a transfer embargo, he would be stupid to take a pay cut and suspend his career for 6 months or so!.......
